I began my career in the financial services industry in 1980 and joined Merrill in 2011. I work primarily with smart, savvy and financially healthy women and men who are single, married or partnered. My mission is to help my clients make the right decisions around their money and to help them build wealth, leading to a comfortable retirement. My competent and caring manner always puts my clients best interests first. My goal is to make financial issues understandable and to reduce anxiety about money issues. I aspire to be a trusted personal financial advisor who fully understands my clients\' current financial situation, their future objectives and their potential concerns. I follow a disciplined wealth management process to adapt to a dynamic market environment. Merrill\'s vast research and market analysis is vital to establishing a proactive, flexible response to a rapidly changing economic and political climate. My service-focused approach, combined with Merrill\'s extensive resources and team of specialists, enables clients to concentrate on their own priorities as I help them organize and manage the financial aspects of their lives and businesses. My work with small businesses includes providing strategies for their borrowing needs, their investment needs, their ownership transition needs as well as their retirement benefits. I also assist 501(c)3 organizations with managing their funds to minimize risk and maximize growth. Boards of Not-For-Profit Organizations have a responsibility to be good stewards of their endowment funds, managing them in a safe and cost effective manner. I bring extensive experience with Not-For-Profit Organizations to support a board in meeting their organization\'s mission.
