Recruit and secure quality talent for Health Care facilities throughout Native American communities by developing and implementing a recruiting strategy the ensures deliver of all facets of recruitment for GRHC Organization. Meeting departmental and hospital goals and objectives-Facilitated the temporary placement process including Agency Workers and Native American Community relationship as well as client management-Provided staffing and recruiting assistance for Native American Healthcare facilities throughout various reservations located within Pinal and Maricopa Counties. Specifically focused on the staffing and development of a new Chandler Healthcare facility, reaching goal within 3 months of 6 to which time fame allowed-Successfully facilitated rate negotiations on behalf of selected Candidates, Hiring Manager, and HR Director. Assisted HR Specialist and Credentialing Team in conducting background checks and verifications for all new hires as well as scheduled interviews and created offer packets-Developed strong relations with Gila River Indian Community’s Staffing Resource Centers, respectfully maintaining the efforts and focus to assist Native Americans with establishing employment-Partnered with Contracts and Grants to assist with vendor contract negotiations to reduce cost & create a set rate structure, limit number of vendors partnered with GRHC, and revised Vendor Agreement to be versatile and align in accordance to an MSP/VMS Program-Responsible for overall management of assigned requisition process, agency contract procedures, prioritization of orders & projects, expedient issue resolution with emphasis on responsiveness and customer service, maintain partner relations with credentialing team, day to day HR functions such as: Pre-Employment on-boarding clearance, scheduling of New Hire Orientation, Native American Cultural Training, and establishing strong employee relations.
