As Project Coordinator at Our Place Support, I am providing leadership and operational oversight of the Bridging Communities project. This involves coordinating staff and resources, liaising with partners, and supporting the project reporting requirements.Key Roles and Responsibilities• Team Leadership: Coordinate project workers with the support of management• Planning & Reporting: Coordinate the delivery of the project plan; track milestones and produce progress reports.• Partnership Working: Build on the organisation\'s strong partner agency approach to network and collaborate with community organisations, local authorities, and community representatives in relation to the Bridging Communities project.• Event Oversight: Coordinate community listening sessions, focus-group workshops, and steering-group meetings.• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, facilitate lessons-learned reviews, and embed best practice.• Safeguarding: Ensure the safety of citizens and team members.
