Responsible for all communication aspects with Third Party Operators, from the time of fulfillment to final review of a customer’s trip. Additionally, responsibilities include building daily relationships with all Third Pary Operators to ensure customer’s flights are executed flawlessly. Solution based when issues arise and provide accurate and effective resolutions. Facilitate date and time changes with WUP and Third Party Operators. Work with GRP team to ensure all GRP flight details are accurate and assigned appropriately. Final quality control check for all Third Party flights, including crew and aircraft. Recover of all Third Party flights due to service interruptions prior to the day of flight.
