Reporting to the CEO and leading a People Experience team covering generalist HR, talent acquisition, L&D and ESG. I play a lead role in determining the organisation’s overall people strategy, core values and ways of working. I work closely with, and influence, all internal stakeholders across the business to achieve and enhance business results. I own the strategic People Plan and have been a driving force in the rapid growth and transformation of the Company. Having been in post since the start of the new Ogi era, I have supported the team to grow the business from 23 people to nearly 200 in just over 2 years. In addition, our team have put in place all of the progressive HR related policies, processes, systems and helped to embed the new culture and values to allow the business to successfully scale through achieving outstanding levels of employee engagement. The team and I design and drive our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Wellbeing strategies, employee experience initiatives, talent strategy, focus on driving a high performance culture and I lead our ESG focus at the Executive Management level.

ABOUT LISA HAND
Winner of HR Director of the Year 2022 in the Wales HR Awards. Finalist in the Wales HR Awards - Best HR Professional in the IT/Technology Sector in 2018 and 2019. I am a people and commercially focused HR professional operating at the Executive Management level. What sets me apart is my understanding of the importance HR plays in the achievement of overall business objectives and that people are the real key to a successful business. I have previously worked across all three sectors but my passion and career focus is within the Tech/IT space. I am a true generalist with experience covering all major HR functions from policy development, recruitment, performance management, HR metrics, employee engagement and employee relations. I am passionate about delivering a \'people focused\' HR service to my colleagues and strongly believe in the importance of being a true HR Business Partner.
