Lisa is an impact-driven entrepreneur with a passion for helping individuals and organizations achieve sustainable well-being, impact, and success – all built on the foundation of their unique strengths, values, and purpose. Lisa has been a certified professional coach, emotional intelligence coach/trainer, and organizational development leader for two decades. With a 30-year career in a variety of corporate, government, advocacy, philanthropy, and consulting organizations throughout the country, she brings a breadth and depth of experience that results in holistic, systems thinking and a unique ability to integrate an organization’s “what, why and how” throughout its strategic and cultural initiatives. She’s known for her supportive, thought-provoking coaching approach and a commitment to fostering trust, accountability, and shared commitment with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. Lisa has a passion for cultivating connection, finding common ground among diverse stakeholders, and co-creating positive change. She is especially energized by participating in cross-sector collaborations and achieving results in challenging, complex environments where the opportunity for transformation and impact is often the greatest. Lisa holds two graduate degrees from American University in Washington, DC - a Master of Public Administration and Policy (2020) and a Master of Public Communication Undergraduate degree in Government and Broadcasting from Northwest Missouri State University. Numerous certifications in organizational development, leadership, coaching, and facilitation. Lisa contributes many hours of volunteer service to local, national, and global organizations and movements each year. She serves on the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Foundation\'s Council of Ambassadors. The Red Cross Tiffany Circle Women\'s Philanthropy Society. She\'s also served as State of Florida and Southwest Florida Citizen Leader for No Labels, a Washington DC-based non-profit promoting bipartisan problem-solving and civility. In Southwest Florida she serves on the Drug Court Community Advisory Council.Her non-profit Journal for Change® brings the transformational practice of journaling to organizations and communities through education, outreach and philanthropy efforts. Along with journal donations, JFC works directly with non-profit leaders and program directors to offer workshops that support growth, well-being, meaning, and success - all facilitated by certified coaches and subject matter experts.
