ABOUT LISA GROHMANN

I\'m a Digital Workplace Consultant at Accenture DACH, Munich, with a background in Diversity & Change Management (MSc, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark) and International Business (Smith School of Business, Canada). I focus on driving digital transformation and workplace rollout projects — particularly in the banking sector — with a strong emphasis on change management, user enablement, communication and process optimization. In my current role, I lead the Service Request Automation workstream, overseeing the end-to-end design and rollout of ITSM processes across a multi-client environment, enabling both internal and external stakeholders. Working at the intersection of technology and people within complex IT landscapes, I’ve supported enterprise-wide implementations of digital workplace solutions like Microsoft 365. My experience spans from designing and driving change management strategies as well as E2E processes, to coordinating cross-functional teams. I’m particularly focused on aligning technical rollouts with human-centered adoption to ensure both system success and user engagement. Having lived, worked, and studied across Europe, North America, and Australia, I bring a global mindset and open mind, strong intercultural communication skills, adaptability and can-do attitude, as well as a deep commitment to navigate change.
