As a highly skilled professional with a diverse background, I bring expertise in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) 21 CFR part 58 and part 11, GMP medical device experience, batch records,archival management, and clinical pathology. In my role as a GLP auditor, I ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and compliance, performing thorough audits to maintain the integrity of laboratory practices. As an archivist, I have experience managing and preserving critical data and documentation, ensuring that all records are properly stored and accessible for future reference. Additionally, my work as a clinical pathology technician has provided me with hands-on experience in laboratory diagnostics, performing tests and analyses to support clinical decision-making.Throughout my career, I have also played a key role in training staff to uphold the highest standards of laboratory practices. I have led efforts in validation and qualification activities, ensuring the reliability and performance of laboratory equipment and systems to meet regulatory requirements. My combination of technical expertise, leadership in staff development, and a strong focus on validation and quality assurance allows me to contribute effectively to high-quality, compliant laboratory environments.
