As Managing Director, I have extensive experience leading an organisation, working closely with a remote team, and collaborating with a supportive Board of Directors and Chair in a cross-functional environment. At the BDA, our primary goal is to increase participation in bowls, and we are responsible for channelling Sport England funding into the sport.
