   One of North America’s largest bedding manufacturers, the company behind the Serta®, Beautyrest®, Simmons® and Tuft & Needle® brands. associates. As the Talent Acquisition leader, I am responsible for building out a COE within the Organization Effectiveness team (we call it the People Experience Team!) Over the last year my accomplishments are: Evaluated and restructured the team, aligning to the business. Built relationships with leaders across the organization paying particular attention to their talent needs. With that learning I was able to incorporate that into our new team structure (voice of the customer concept) Created the 3-Year TA Strategic Road Map and SSB’s first TA Philosophy Ran a large cross-functional Kaizen event to re-design/standardize our main recruitment processes. Created and delivered training to HRBP’s & HM across the organization. Designed the first intranet site where all content lives which includes training decks, video, checklist, and guides for in-take/debrief as well as interview guides built based on our competencies, DEI & B and Values Developed the first set of TA KPI’s including Hiring Manager and Candidate Surveys. Optimized our technology stack: • SuccessFactors launch was 1.2022 – quickly identified needed improvements/enhancements and worked with HRIS team and consultants to implement needed changes • Consolidated LinkedIn accounts saving over $70K annually • Managed Indeed account to reduce excessive spend saving $50K annually Partner with Talent Management, Employee Experience, Social & Corporate Responsibility DE & I and Values leaders to bridge the intersection between those functions and TA to infuse those areas into our candidate experience.
