Continually developing and setting policies, procedures, and training strategy to ensure impacted employees understand the appropriate laws and regulations governing the import and export of CPP goods and technology • Manage overall compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements relating to export licensing, exemption usage, and record keeping. • Develop/support compliance improvement plans • Work directly with team of trade compliance & export operations professionals currently assigned at each site • Providing guidance, information and advice regarding export product classification matters- including the determination and certification of appropriate legal authority • Focal point and advisor for exporting problems.
