With a background in law, entrepreneurship, real estate development, and public service—including experience at the White House—I launched the company to challenge conventional boundaries in construction and redefine what leadership in this industry can look like.The company began as a general contractor on large-scale federal Department of Defense projects. We later partnered with Lockheed Martin and expanded into commercial plumbing, growing into a trusted contractor on major infrastructure projects across Kansas City. LMG operates with strategic depth and agility, bridging execution in the field with vision for where the industry is going.LMG University is central to our mission. It’s our in-house training platform for building talent from within—equipping both field and management teams with the skills, mindset, and leadership readiness to thrive. We believe in developing people, not just positions.We are also a certified commercial broker supplier, supporting procurement for both public and private sector clients and expanding access to diverse, qualified partners across the construction supply chain.My passion is building not just companies, but systems—and preparing our workforce for what’s next.
