   As partner and COO, Lisa Garcia is responsible for the agency\'s working processes, daily operations, and leads the firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Garcia oversees the creative division, the PR team, and manages client relationships. She also directs the agency\'s integrated public relations programs, and is a key strategist for statewide and national education campaigns.\\\\n\\\\nGarcia is an award-winning issue campaign expert who has led successful campaigns to raise awareness about hurricane preparedness, to stop cuts to Florida hospital budgets, to secure funding for the University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, to pass a dollar-a-pack tax on cigarettes, and to showcase businesses combating climate change. She is a former communicator for the Teamsters in Washington, D.C, and winner of an Emmy Award and multiple Florida Public Relations Association Image Awards and AdFed ADDY Awards\\\\n\\\\nGarcia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Frostburg State University in Maryland and speaks Spanish and French.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
