I’m Lisa Flanagan, Founder of Legacy Living Group, where we connect investors to unique, high-performing property opportunities across Liverpool. My journey began with a belief that buildings hold stories, and when invested in with care, they can create both profit and purpose. I’m passionate about the energy and heritage of Liverpool, the creativity of its people, and the power of property to build lasting legacy.At Legacy Living Group, I focus on off-market and boutique investments, from high-yield city apartments to character and heritage conversions that offer something deeper. Through trusted partnerships with developers and investors, I bring together opportunities that make financial sense and feel meaningful.I help landlords and investors create hands-off income, freedom, and long-term legacy through aligned property strategies including rent-to-rent, serviced accommodation management, and investor-ready property packaging.
