About Lisa Fitzgerald
Lisa Fitzgerald is currently Senior Property Manager with Hines overseeing a portfolio of seven existing and future development properties on the R Street corridor and on Capitol Mall in the Sacramento area, and providing support to the Centene Headquarters in Natomas. Ms. Fitzgerald is responsible for asset performance, annual planning and monthly reporting, construction management, competitively bidding the local Hines portfolio for services, managing capital projects, administering leases and vendor agreements, while engaged in tenant relations, staff performance and leasing support. She has participated in the working groups for several Hines initiatives, and worked remotely to support the operations team on development of a high rise and retail center in Shanghai.
