I’ve spent my career helping people and organizations tell their story, solve problems, and build something stronger — whether that was running and winning political campaigns, advising mission-driven organizations, or helping navigate a global crisis in the fifth-largest city in the country.After many years in public service, including three as Chief of Staff to Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego during COVID, I transitioned into a leadership role at Okland Construction. I focus on strategy, communication, and organizational alignment, supporting a team that’s growing quickly, taking on complex projects, and working to evolve without losing its core values.I’m most at home in the in-between spaces, where systems don’t yet exist, where decisions aren’t obvious, and where people need clarity to move forward.
