As a Leadership Consultant, she translates her deep knowledge of assessment, individual and group behavior, and organizational functioning into insights that inform recruitment, development, succession planning, executive coaching, and DI & B (diversity, inclusion, and belonging) engagements. Dr. Ferdinand has additional expertise in primary care behavioral health, disaster management, clinical care coordination, clinical supervision and training, and trauma assessment and treatment. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Center for Executive Coaching, and serves in governance in the American Psychological Association and the Society for Counseling Psychology.
