   Design education program architecture — including theories of change, results frameworks, and indicator systems — for multi-country initiatives across Latin America, West Africa, and East Africa, structuring complex program logic into clear, audience-appropriate documents.• Develop structured program logic and curriculum architecture for initiatives spanning foundational literacy, early childhood development, youth workforce readiness, and inclusive education.• Write and edit high-stakes technical content for diverse audiences, winning $1.6M in awards (Dell Foundation, World Bank). Translate complex program designs into clear, structured documents for funders, implementers, and country teams across 13 countries.• Build reusable content systems including a 14-prompt AI library (adopted by 2 team members), brand-compliant templates, and automated editorial workflows that accelerate content production.• Chaired expert panel at CIES 2026 on inclusive education as a pathway to peace and social cohesion.
