   Nationwide was founded by the Ohio Farm Bureau in 1926 and today we have sponsor relationships with nine state Farm Bureaus and two large agriculture cooperatives. I am leading the Sponsor Relations Strategy and Development team consisting of project management, reporting, data management, marketing, communications and event planning. Developed strategy for and implementing a new relationship model to align Nationwide and Farm Bureau interests, simplify the distribution and discount verification process and improve customer experience. Coordinating and facilitating face to face meetings with customers to gather valuable insights as to what is going well at Nationwide and where we can improve. This includes creating awareness of these meetings and results through social media and coordinating solutions across the organization. Strategy, planning and executing Nationwide\'s presence at national events such as the American Farm Bureau Federation and National Council of Farmer Cooperatives conventions to create an environment conducive to building business relationships. Oversee programming for Nationwide\'s Board Council, an advisory council to Nationwide\'s Board of Directors.
