With over 20 years of experience in Zurich Risk Engineering and Operations functions, I have held various roles including project management, training, leadership, and as the Head of Continuous Improvement. Currently, I serve as the Head of Strategy Execution, Marketing & Business Planning for ZRS in North America. My extensive background in Change Management and Lean Management processes has equipped me to work closely with Senior Leadership in developing and executing strategies for our new Business Unit. I am instrumental in identifying business improvement opportunities and act as a catalyst to accelerate and drive the execution of solutions. Additionally, I oversee marketing activities to ensure alignment and consistency across our organization.
