I am passionate about our environmental impact and aim to change our relationship with the natural world by supporting new approaches to corporate responsibility, business leadership, and societal practices. As a consultant and team lead advisor with the Wharton Impact and Sustainability Consultancy (WISC), I support students on projects focused on social impact and sustainability, learning from progressive businesses and contributing to ecocentric initiatives. I am a proven leader with a strong history of shaping company culture, aligning it with business strategy, engaging stakeholders, and achieving measurable results. At Berkadia, I led the cultural experience platform, promoting values-driven initiatives that spur inclusivity and deep collaboration. As Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, I collaborated with senior executives on acquisition initiatives and the development of new business lines, driving long-term growth and innovation.Outside of work, I volunteer with non-profits focused on industrial agriculture reform, food system change, biodiversity, and habitat preservation. I find inspiration in nature and am an avid fitness enthusiast, enjoying running, cycling, and yoga.
