Implemented payroll software upgrades for payroll processing and time tracking systems. Partnered with HR Leadership and HRIS to implement Payroll Cycle change from paid to current to pay on a lag. Negotiated Third Party Contracts to reduce Annual spend. Partnered with Benefits team to implement various interfaces with payroll provider (HSA, Disability, Commuter) Implemented Positive Pay process for manual checks. Implemented Single Sign On for payroll time tracking system. Ensured compliance with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and administer payroll processes in compliance with federal and state regulations. System experience with ADP Enterprise, Etime, Oracle and ADP G/L.
