ABOUT LISA DONNAN

With over 15 years of work experience, I am a seasoned cybersecurity and private equity expert, with a passion for finding, funding, and supporting the best companies in the information security, management, and analytics sectors. As a Partner at Option3, I leverage my deep domain knowledge, network, and operational skills to source, evaluate, and execute deals, and to provide strategic guidance and growth support to our portfolio companies. I share Option3\'s mission of creating value for our investors, entrepreneurs, and society by investing in and scaling the most innovative and impactful cybersecurity and analytics solutions. In addition to my role at Option3, I also serve as the Chairman of the Board at Dellfer, Inc, an automotive and IoT cybersecurity software company, and at George Mason University - College of Engineering and Computing, where I help shape the vision and direction of the largest and most diverse engineering and computing school in Virginia. I also contribute to the national security and defense community as a DC Chapter Board Member at the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the leading association for the U.S. defense and national security industrial base. Through these roles, I apply my deal flow and early stage investment skills, as well as my extensive experience in the DoD/Intelligence Community, commercial cybersecurity sector, and prominent financial services institutions, to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the cybersecurity and analytics ecosystem.
