As Technical Systems Analyst, Product Owner, I lead a team of developers to work on enhancements to annuity systems for clients and consistently meet sprint timelines. I build rapport with clients by educating them on new features and ensuring technologies remain current. I also collaborate with client business owners and advise them on methods to manage systems backlog used to support annuities. In addition, I engage with and consult stakeholders on time and costs of development to inform decision making. A few other highlights include:• Served as technical product owner for individual annuity portal, a homegrown portal that beat the competition in functionality, saving the organization 15 minutes of time per customer query during tax season. Numerous weeks Google Analytics had 300 saved interactions. • Created requirements and designed new systems and enhancements to support annuities at client site.• Collaborated with actuaries to convert from Omni to Oracle system. Sifted through voluminous amounts of data to ensure accurate crediting rates for participants invested in the guaranteed funds.
