I am a teacher, a leader and a learner and very proud to be all three. I have taught all year groups in the primary phase and now enjoy supporting primary and secondary teachers to help them to believe in themselves, focus upon how all children learn best to achieve and flourish. I aspire to create positive cultures in our schools and benefit from working with other schools and Trusts across the South West and beyond to learn and share best practice.
