The Center for Open Science (COS) exists to improve the openness, integrity, and trustworthiness of science. COS operates critical open source infrastructure, the Open Science Framework (OSF) that supports open science practice across the research lifecycle. With more than registered users and counting, the OSF has become mainstream technology that is integral to advancing science reform. COS also designs and supports open science policies with funders, publishers, institutions, and other stakeholders; provides training, education, and program services that support a range of research communities; and conducts large-scale research to assess normative interventions and behavior change. As COO and Managing Director, I lead COS\'s strategic planning, business development, and operations across a diverse team of experts in Product, Engineering, Policy, Research, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing and Communications, and Fundraising.
