Key responsibilities included:•Working with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure that Department of Health, NHS Employers, Business Services Authority, NHS England and local CSU standards are adhered to.•Work closely with CSU heads of service and key operational managers to identify their workforce requirements.•Establish pools of associates to ensure that the CSU had an appropriate and skilled flexible resource readily available.•Monitoring workflow to ensure service level agreements and KPIs are met.•Ensure that the TRAC and CRM recruitment systems are appropriately updated and cleansed regularly to minimise the risk of incomplete date records.•Contacting candidate on a regular basis to make them aware of opportunities.•Continually seeking to improve processes.•Stakeholder engagement, which includes attending and actively participating in Client improvement meetings/training.•Continually seeking to improve customer service levels within the team.•Training and development of new starters.•Procuring candidates from external sources.•Keeping up to date with relevant Employment Laws such as IR35 Working Regulations and conducting checks on every role to ensure associates are working within the regulations.
