As an experienced and highly motivated senior leader, I bring a strong blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Currently serving as the Operations and Communications Director at MCS, the UK’s domestic renewables standards organisation, I lead the strategic delivery of certification schemes, working closely with key industry stakeholders, policymakers, and a talented team to drive the organisation’s purpose of giving everyone confidence in home-grown energy.I have a proven track record of fostering trusted relationships with Certification Bodies, Installers, manufacturers, government departments, and consumer interest groups. As part of the MCS Senior Leadership Team, I manage the customer experience, communications, and scheme management functions, ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and growth of the organisation. I am adept at strategic planning and developing supportive and effective operating models.Under our leadership, MCS has undergone a significant transformation, growing from a team of 3 to nearly 70, with a focus on rebranding, cultural change, and driving our organisational mission.
