About Lisa Conway
My passion has always been for helping people and animals, feeling a deep responsibility to speak up for those who can’t. With Petco I have had the opportunity to manage retail stores, move into multi unit management as a District Manager, a Regional Animal Care and Education Leader and ultimately into my current role as Manager, Animal Care Compliance.Prior, I spent several years with a substance abuse program as the Community Liaison. I spent much of my time building relationships in the community and representing our company in diverse professional settings. I have lived in Arizona (twice) and Georgia before coming back to my hometown of San Diego where I live with my husband, five to six rescue dogs at any given time and a few reptiles. My dream of all dreams would be to have a rescue ranch where I could have all sorts of animals that need a place to be loved. One day!
