For the past 30 years I have spent 25 years in telecommunications in a variety of roles including Systems Developer, Network Hardware Installation and Project Management. In the last 5 years I have been a recruiter for 4 ½ years and then spent a ½ year as a Human Resource Administrator. Through these experiences I have found that helping people accomplish their goals either through completion of projects or assisting others by finding them their long-term career to be the most rewarding. I want to provide support and guidance to people entering the workforce or those looking for a new career opportunity by sharing my experiences and letting them know they are not alone in this demanding and difficult job search world.
