ABOUT LISA CASTILLO RICHMOND
Lisa is an entrepreneurial higher education leader and an equity practitioner with experience leading education organizations, policy and advocacy efforts, and national program teams. Her work has focused on organizations in launch and growth phases, as well as work with PK-12 systems, colleges and universities, and government agencies. As a first generation college student, she is deeply passionate about issues of equity in college access and degree completion. Lisa\'s research examines how women college and university presidents work alongside their cabinets to advance racial and socioeconomic equity on their campuses.
