   I am a DRII certified business continuity professional and global business continuity director / risk manager for State Street Global Advisors responsible for maintaining the business continuity and resiliency program within North America and Bangalore. My lead responsibilities are maintaining conformity to standards for loss of staff, loss of site and loss of technology events via business continuity and operational resiliency planning, disaster recovery testing, business continuity awareness and incident management support across the organization through coordinated DR tests, simulation exercises, as well as testing of recovery and mitigation strategies. Additionally, I am the business continuity and incident management lead for all SSGA client inquiries and key presenter for all on-site client visits in the Boston area. Prior to joining SSGA I worked directly for State Street Corporation within Global Continuity Services as a Business Continuity Planning Analyst supporting the Incident Management Program globally with a focus on training and development of the continuity planning tool and automation notification system. I have over 15 years of Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery experience.I have been with SSGA since 2013 and have been working at State Street since 1998.
