   Project leader for large construction projects• Working with Business Owners, define scope, develop schedule and timelines in collaboration with contractors, identify internal resources to support project and oversee project through to completion• Collaborate with all teams participating in a specific project. Teams include: Business Owners, Executive Leadership, General Contractor, Subcontractors, Facilities Team, and additional internal support teams such as IT and AV• Lead a team through preliminary design of $100 million building remodel. Project included 9 teams supporting various divisions. Scope ranged from highly technical lab spaces to manufacturing spaces• Work with the Director of Facilities to assess space requests, vet out potential solutions and propose options to leadership for review and approvals• Onboarding specialized suppliers to help with building design of highly technical spaces• Developing a standard process for equipment and room intake forms to assist with projects to ensure identified space assignments have the necessary MEP’s to support team productivity• Oversaw an organization wide audit of lab spaces for all SE Wisconsin locations to determine if teams were optimally using currently assigned spaces. Covered 11 locations including 1.3million square feet and 30 teams. Identified opportunities for improving space usage efficiencies and proposed recommendations to senior leadership for opportunities to continue to improve• Supervise outside contractors including an industrial design team that partners with Facilities to optimize lab and manufacturing space layouts for efficiencies
