I am a strategic healthcare executive with deep clinical roots and a passion for large-scale transformation. My career began in critical care, where I gained firsthand insight into the patient experience, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the urgency of timely, high-quality care. That foundation continues to shape my leadership as I advance innovation across clinical, operational, and digital systems. At TELUS Health, I lead a national strategy to scale personalized and preventative care across virtual, executive, and occupational health services. TELUS aims to become the global leader in wellness solutions, and I’m proud to contribute to that vision—bringing strategy and execution together to align innovation with real-world needs. My work supports scalable solutions that improve health and performance for everyone from CEOs to frontline workers. With experience spanning both public and private sectors, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and enterprise strategy. I specialize in shifting healthcare from reactive to proactive—delivering better outcomes, system-level impact, and measurable ROI. I believe transformation must be grounded in sound economics and sustainable value, whether stewarding public funding or private investment. I’ve led national initiatives, guided product development, and collaborated cross-functionally to unlock value and support growth. I thrive in complex environments where innovation, clinical integrity, and strategic execution must align. I’m also passionate about contributing to advisory or board roles—particularly with organizations focused on healthcare transformation, longevity, digital health, or global health equity. I’m a published author in Critical Care Nursing Quarterly, where my work on transforming orientation programs for novice nurses addressed the evolving needs of today’s healthcare workforce—bridging research and real-world system improvement. I was also honored with the Young Woman of the Year Award—later renamed in my honor—and proudly represented Canada as a national team athlete, most notably at the World Championships. I remain inspired by the possibility of reimagining what health can look like—for people, organizations, and the systems that serve them.
