From high-growth newly funded tech companies to large corporations undergoing significant change, I have been the decisive and measured force behind financial and accounting decisions. With a natural instinct to anticipate growth and the need for change and a deep body of Financial & Accounting knowledge in compliance and processes, I have demonstrated a talent to lead companies through complex and difficult challenges.Throughout my 30+ year career in Finance & Accounting, I have served in an Executive capacity as the VP, Sr. Director, and Controller for publicly held and privately-owned companies including newly public, VC-backed, and large international organizations in the biotechnology, technology, and medical device industries. These companies have ranged in revenue from $200M to over $1Billion, with additional M&A and financing transactions valued between $20M to $1.5Billion.
