   In a society obsessed with labels as luxury, the women behind R.Riveter think it’s time to generate awareness and support for a movement which celebrates makers – in our case, a very special kind of maker. Inspired by the greatest women’s movement of all time, R.Riveter was founded on the American ideal that opportunity and innovation, when combined with determination, will create positive impact. From two women in an attic to a nationwide network of Riveters, our company embodies the time-tested mantra of success through hard work, while providing travel-hardened military spouses the opportunity to achieve and elevate. With each spouse doing their part to assemble the product, our mission is accomplished through the hands of many, coming together as one. In 2017 alone, R.Riveter provided income opportunities to 103 military families across the country. The same year, Inc Magazine named R.Riveter #298 on the list of fastest growing privately owned companies, and again named the company #398 on the same list for this coming year. Through it all, R.Riveter remains committed to it’s mission; 1/3 of every dollar spent goes back into the hands of a military family. Our canvas and leather handbags and accessories are handcrafted in America, as components of each handbag are made in the homes of military spouses across the nation.
