   Manage managers in PA, CA, and TX who oversee track and road testing of new capabilities, autonomy improvements, new platform bring-up and experimental testing for both class 8 trucks and passenger vehicles - Developed new processes to close the gap between SW Engineering and Operations, including instituting embedded team POCs, reviewing and iterating on all incoming test requests from SW, HW, and Systems Engineering, and implementing new processes to ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution of over tests - Covered as a head of operations during a 4 months period of integration with Uber ATG, leading to a reorganization of legacy and incoming teams across 3 operational sites and newly defined operational processes - Serving as interim head of the new hire training program, including setting strategic training goals, revamping curriculum for new vehicle operator and truck operator team members, and aligning R & Rs between multiple leadership teams - People focused manager with a focus on growth and development, empathetic leadership, and effective ownership
