Lisa Bestard has over 24 years of experience performing Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and site remediation, provides regulatory compliance and permitting services with regard to hazardous materials and hazardous wastes; supervises drilling and groundwater well and soil vapor probe installations, conducts/supervises soil, soil vapor, groundwater, and indoor air sampling; provides remediation design and implementation services; prepares remedial action work plans; supervises and performs site remediation; and prepares and provides technical guidance/input for reports and documents, including documents prepared under CEQA. Ms. Bestard also has extensive experience managing environmental projects under oversight of the Department of Toxic Substances Control’s environmental under the CLRAA process, K-12 Schools Unit, and standard oversight agreements.
