About Lisa Banks

I am the co-founder of Optify, a leadership development and coaching platform designed to help organizations deliver high-quality leadership development at scale, with consistency, data, and measurable impact. My role as a founder focuses on building enterprise relationships and designing and delivering cutomized leadership development programs that are delivered across levels, sites, and geographies with operational integrity. I partner closely with executive leaders, HR, and L&D teams to translate their business priorities into large-scale, tech-enabled programs delivered through Optify’s platform and global coach network. Through our partnerships, we also help organizations build more intentional and coordinated approaches to leadership development so programs are aligned, sustained, and accountable over time. Optify exists to solve a structural problem in leadership development: strong coaching and development efforts often struggle to scale due to inconsistent quality, limited infrastructure, and lack of visibility into impact. We focus on enabling leadership growth that is durable, measurable, and repeatable. While my primary role is founder and program designer, I bring a deep practitioner perspective as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified facilitator. That experience informs how our programs are designed, how coaches are developed, and how quality is maintained as delivery scales beyond any one individual. My background spans law, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurship, shaping a practical, human-centered approach to leadership development grounded in real organizational constraints. At Optify, the goal is straightforward: make high-quality leadership development possible for more people, in more organizations, without diluting impact.
