My role as Sustainability Manager involves spearheading the development and execution of our enterprise-wide ESG strategy, ensuring rigorous monitoring, reporting, and compliance in line with standards like GRI and SASB. This includes meticulous management of environmental data and championing sustainability both internally and with our customers\' evolving priorities.My expertise in technical training, HACCP compliance, and customer support is drawn from a solid foundation in managing hygienically clean process programs and chemical engineering projects. The team and I are dedicated to advancing Cintas\'s sustainability goals, leveraging cross-department collaboration to benchmark innovations and drive meaningful change throughout the organization. My approach is to foster a culture of sustainability, supporting our sales organization and enabling us to meet and exceed industry standards.
