ABOUT LISA ASHBY-GRAINGER

I have over 2 decades of experience delivering IT projects, in multiple industries. Most recent projects focus on Compliance for a major global e-commerce retailer and Financial Services. I have many years experience in Banking - delivering projects for for Front Office Money Market and Capital Markets, Middle Office, Back Office, Finance, IT plus Financial and Regulatory Compliance e.g. MIFID II, Single Customer View, Dormant Accounts and Voice Analytics (monitoring of phone calls). I always strive to delight customers and ensure their projects are delivered on time within budget and to a high standard. My background in Project Managementalong with both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance focuses my attention to ensure quality is high at the first and final project quality gates and I feel this gives me an edge over my peers. I am well organised, hard working and a highly motivated professional. I enjoy working as part of a team but can equally work alone using my own initiative.
