Providing HR support and advice to the Energy and Commodities, Production and Distribution, Surface Mining JVs, Group functions and most recently Construction for Hs2. • Senior Management team partnering Divisional Directors regarding improvement plans formulated to achieve objectives, whilst working within agreed timelines and budgetary constraints• Producing and developing HR policies in line with the UK and European legal frameworks and supporting Management in their implementation• Producing and analysing divisional KPIs to advise and support Divisional Directors in corrective action where appropriate to support their business units• Managing Divisional employee communication forums in conjunction with trade unions• Coordinating the management of redundancies ranging from individual to multiple dismissals• Managing TUPE processes both in and out of the company by supporting Management on the legal aspects of TUPE regulations and liaising with the external parties• Coordinating the recruitment and selection processes to resource Divisions• Attending Operational meetings and providing HR support to enable Divisions to achieve set objectives• Providing guidance and training to support Managers regarding staff performance and development
