As the lead for Leadership Development, I am responsible for shaping and executing the professions leadership strategy to build a resilient, crisis ready leadership pipeline. I design and develop our two specialised internal leadership programmes, which are accredited and offer academic certification, to ensure our leaders are equipped with both practical capability and recognised credentials. I oversee talent management for high potential leaders, analysing talent intelligence to support succession planning into the Senior Civil Service and to enhance organisational resilience. Additionally, I design and facilitate leadership sessions for conferences to bring strategic insights into internal events.
