I provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the organization, ensuring our work aligns with our mission to tell impactful animal stories and support the global animal protection movement. I oversee strategy development, team leadership, financial management, fundraising, and governance, working closely with the Founder/President and Board of Directors.In this role, I- Lead multi-year strategic planning and operational alignment across departments- Manage a talented, values-driven team and foster a culture of trust, accountability, and well-being- Oversee financial sustainability, from budgeting to risk management- Drive fundraising and development strategies, maintaining strong relationships with funders- Ensure governance best practices, legal compliance, and organizational resilience.My work combines big-picture vision with hands-on leadership to keep We Animals effective, sustainable, and impactful in a rapidly changing world.
