Prior to joining NWAFT I worked for local government for 14 years; initially in road safety and then in children’s services. I worked with schools across Peterborough to extend the participation in the D of E and NCS programmes.I then joined moved across to become a community curriculum manager; working with charities and groups across the city to provide courses for harder to reach families and individuals to educate, promote self esteem and teach new skills.I have good communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and think quickly in difficult situations.I have extensive experience of engaging a range of stakeholders to promote cross organisational and team working.
