As the Director of Learning and Development at Chumash Enterprises, I lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of effective and engaging training programs and learning solutions for over employees across various departments and locations. I leverage my SHRM-CP credentials and my extensive knowledge of adult learning theories and methods to create customized and competency-based curricula that align with the organization\'s vision, mission, and goals.I also have a passion for teaching and sharing my expertise in criminal justice with adult learners. For over 10 years, I have been an adjunct professor at Colorado State University Online, where I teach various online courses, review and revise course content, and create competency-based exams.
