ABOUT LISA AHEARNE

I am a highly skilled Digital Transformation Programme Manager with c20 years of strategic planning and leadership experience. I have led major national programmes with a responsibility of £29m budget and c17m population data. I have strong leadership, communication skills and management expertise. I communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders. I deliver to demanding targets. I am commercially aware and strive to ensure that the development of programmes meet the objective. Areas of experience include: PHM; Digital implementation; Education, learning and training strategy and leadership. Working with and including, NHS England, NHS Digital, ICBs, Local Authorities, specialist Networks.
