As the CHRO and Human Resources leader at one of the nation’s leading healthcare REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust), and with the foundational purpose in life to love the world with servant leadership, I have a strong passion for helping people and organizations find the best versions of themselves. Establishing trust, building relationships, and striving for positive forward movement has paved the way for my personal and professional success.A trusted member of the Healthpeak Properties Executive Team, my focus is to cultivate a workplace that attracts and retains best in class talent to flourish and make an impact. With more than 20 years of experience in delivering results to a diverse group of companies, I am a mission oriented strategic planner with a proven track record of successfully aligning corporate vision and organizational development principles with human capital assets, creating greater productivity and improved corporate culture. I bring expertise in strategic partnership, organizational awareness, leadership development, performance management, conflict resolution, legal compliance, and change management.As a wife and a mother, social giving and community engagement are cornerstone to my beliefs. I proudly serve as Healthpeak\'s Chair of the Social Responsibility Committee, partnering with groups like the Alzheimer’s Association, Ronald McDonald House, and the Jessie Rees Foundations. I am also honored to currently serve my community as a member of the Board of Advisors for CSU Fullerton\'s Center for Leadership, the Development Committee of Santa Clara de Asis Catholic Church (SCDA), the SCDA Pastoral Council, and a Child Faith Formation Program instructor at SCDA. My previous community engagements include being a Board Member for the YMCA of Orange County, chair of the Parent Advisory Board at St. Francis of Assisi School, a founding member of the JOBS Ministry, and a leader of the SCDA High School Youth Ministry program.
