About Liran Gad

I’ve never had a straight-line career — and I think that’s shaped me more than anything else.Over the last decade, I’ve worked across operations, entrepreneurship, marketing, and design — often somewhere between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. I’m drawn to the part where ideas have to become real, where positioning has to make sense, and where clarity matters more than noise.I’ve built a brand from scratch, managed production and supply chains, launched products, shaped messaging, coordinated teams, and worked in environments that demanded speed and iteration. What I’ve learned along the way is that good work usually comes down to a few simple things: clear thinking, follow-through, and the ability to adapt when plans change.I grew up in Bangkok to Israeli parents and speak English, Hebrew, and Thai fluently. Being raised between cultures taught me to listen carefully, read the room, and explain things in a way that makes people feel included rather than confused. That instinct shows up in both my work and my life.I’m naturally curious, quick to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats — whether that means thinking through positioning, structuring complex information so it’s digestible, or rolling up my sleeves to get something shipped.Outside of work, I’m a serious home chef (Israeli–Thai fusion is my specialty), a typography nerd, an animal lover, and someone who believes humor and integrity make life better.I’m especially drawn to environments where product, storytelling, and strategy overlap — and where thoughtful, adaptable people are valued as much as polished resumes.
