I have three years of fun roller coaster ride in OpenText Process Platform. My first client was ICICI Bank. Single handedly dealt with the issues and changes of IBank Projects on both development and production level. Interaction was a part of daily routine. My second and current client is Yes Bank. Extended support to other applications as well such as AadhaarVault, Hybrid Access Gateway. I have been interacting with vendors and customers on regular basis. Also dealing with different issues/requirements at both technical and management level. Fun Fact: I am a city dweller. Born in Ludhiana, studied at Agra, Uttarlai (City in Rajasthan), Vadodara and Jaipur. Worked at Pune and Mumbai. So, location is not an issue.
